SSC CHSL Tier 2 Exam Date 2024: The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has announced the exam date for the Combined Higher Secondary Level (CHSL) Examination 2024 (Tier-II). According to the notification, the SSC CHSL 2024 Tier 2 exam will be held on November 18, 2024. Candidates can check the notification at ssc.gov.in.
"The Commission has decided to conduct the Combined Higher Secondary (10+2) Level Examination, 2024 (Tier-II) on 18th day of November, 2024. The candidates are advised to visit the website of the Commission at regular intervals for further updates," reads the notification.
The commission has recently announced the SSC CHSL Tier I results along with category-wise cut-off marks. As many as 41,465 candidates have successfully cleared the Tier I exam and are now eligible to take the Tier II exam. This recruitment drive aims to fill 3,712 vacancies for positions including LDC (Lower Division Clerk), JSA (Junior Secretariat Assistant), and DEO (Data Entry Operator) across various government departments and offices.
The SSC CHSL Tier II admit card will be released soon. However, the official date and time are yet to be announced by the commission. Candidates are advised to keep checking the SSC official website for the latest updates.
SSC CHSL Tier 2 Exam Pattern 2024
The SSC CHSL Tier 2 exam will be conducted online in a computer-based test format, featuring three sections, each containing two modules. The merit list will be based on the aggregate marks obtained in Section I and Section II of the Tier 2 exam, while Section III will be qualifying. Each question will be worth 3 marks, with a penalty of 1 mark for every incorrect answer.
