UGC NET June Provisional Answer Key 2026: The National Testing Agency (NTA) will likely release the provisional answer key for the June session exam cycle in July 2026. The answer key will be released for each subject individually in PDF format on the official portal at ugcnet.nta.nic.in. How To Calculate UGC NET Marks Using Marking Scheme?
The answer key PDFs give an idea of the probable marks before the final results are declared. Using the official marking scheme, candidates can calculate their marks and check their qualification status.
1. For each correct answer, +2 marks are awarded.
2. There is no negative marking for incorrect responses.
3. For English-Hindi translation differences, the English version is considered final.
4. Total marks equal to the marks obtained in both Papers 1 and 2.
