JE Entertainment Desk: Om Raut's magnum opus 'Adipurush' is all set to hit the theatres on June 16, 2023. The buzz surrounding the movie reached a height just before its theatrical debut. Recently, a new update regarding the OTT release of 'Adipurush' has been doing rounds on social media. According to some media reports, the movie has locked its OTT partner.

If the reports are to be believed, 'Adipurush' is all set to release on Amazon Prime Video. The movie has bagged this massive deal with a stupendous sum of Rs 250 crore. For the unversed, 'Adipurush' has already minted a whopping amount of Rs 432 crores by selling its music, satellite, and other digital rights.

'Adipurush' Advance Bookings

According to Sacnilk, Prabhas, and Kriti Sanon's movie earned Rs 1-2 crore from the advance sale of approximately 50,000 tickets. A report in Pinkvilla stated that over 18,000 tickets were sold in National cinema chains, PVR, Cinepolis, and INOX by 6 pm on Sunday.

About 'Adipurush'

Filmmaker Om Raut is currently gearing up for the release of 'Adipurush', starring Kriti Sanon and Prabhas in the lead roles. The movie also stars Sunny Singh, Devdatta Nage and Saif Ali Khan in pivotal roles. 'Adipurush' is all set to hit the theatres on June 16, this year, and the fans can't wait to witness their favourite actors sharing the screen space for the first time.

Adapted from the Sanskrit epic Ramayana, 'Adipurush' is an upcoming mythological film, produced by T-Series and Retrophiles. The movie is written and directed by Om Raut and was concurrently filmed in Hindi and Telugu. The movie has a runtime of 2 hours and 54 minutes.
