In a recent episode of Bigg Boss 17, Ankita Lokhande engaged in a conversation about her former partner, the late actor Sushant Singh Rajput, who tragically passed away in his Bandra residence on June 14, 2020. Speaking to Abhishek in the garden area, she expressed how Abhishek reminded her of SSR. She also reflected on the support she received from her husband, Vicky Jain, during the challenging period following Sushant Singh Rajput's demise.

Ankita Lokhande told Abhishek Kumar, "When you roam around in pants and without shirt, you remind me of Sushant. His physique was like this." The 'Udaariyan' actor replied, "Our journeys are also similar, the background." Ankita replied, "He wasn't very aggressive, he never got angry. Sushant was very calm. He did another level of hardwork. He was so dedicated and passionate. However, when you are so into details, a bit of ups and downs affect you."

Further speaking about Sushant, Ankita said, "I am very easy go lucky. Sushant would dive deep into anything. He would get affected by what people are talking about him on Twitter. He would think about people's opinion a lot. It was very normal because he was from a small town."

She also revealed that her husband Vicky was a friend of Sushant: "Vicky was also Sushant’s friend. He has been very supportive in these matters. What can you do when there is nothing. Someone has died, what can you even do. You have to be supportive. There was no one to support. Vicky handled everything very nicely. Had he not been supportive, I wouldn’t have able to do anything."

In the meantime, Bigg Boss 17 continues to thrive with daily drama and developments. Soniya Bansal was the initial contestant to face eviction from the house, and Manasvi Mamgai has also been ousted.
