Blast From The Past: When BTS V Made TXT Member Beomgyu Shed Tears With Hidden Camera Prank; Here’s What Happened

BTS member V aka Kim Taehyung is known for his happy to go personality. The singer once played a prank on Tomorrow X Together’s vocalist Beomgyu which made him shed tears. The TXT member shared about the prank incident during a live session in 2021. The ‘Sugar Rush Ride’ singer covered the V's ‘Boy In Luv’ song at the SBS Gayo Daejeon Music Festival. Beomgyu revealed being close to BTS V on a live video session and shared a behind the scene prank incident.

The leader of TXT, SOOBIN along with Beomgyu watched their old performances together with their fans during a live session and disclosed Kim Taehyung's mischievous actions. Beomgyu was excited to perform with V and asked for his advice, and wished him luck. However, he made a mistake during V’s part while performing which was not noticed by the audience. He later on explained that because of his mic, he made a mistake and tried his best to move on smoothly with the performance.

V prepared a hidden camera prank to tease the TXT singer as he came backstage after the performance. Beomgyu felt so apologetic that he cried as he returned backstage and only stopped for a while before BTS greeted him and told him about the matter. BTS V scolded Beomgyu and said, “Why did you not do a good job? Why did you mess up?".

Beomgyu started to cry again because he felt apologetic towards his seniors. BTS V was surprised to see him tearing up and revealed that it was a prank and he did very well on stage. V quickly hugged him and assured Beomgyu that he did a good job.

Soobin said, “Although BTS members played along with V, they were standing at the side as they felt bad for Beomgyu. Looking at his cry, they all started scolding V for making him cry saying Why are you acting like this Kim Taehyung? Why did you make him cry?"
