BTS Jimin and Jungkook are currently serving in the South Korean military. As they are active soldiers, their fans are always eagerly waiting to get updates from their idols. Recently, a picture surfaced online featuring a letter that was autographed by both Jimin and Jungkook. According to reports, the note was written for one of their military colleagues who was discharged on August 27. As per the fan who shared the picture of the letter on social media platform X, the note talked about Jimin recalling his first meeting with his military friend. The Kpop star also shared his gratitude for the smiles, care and support the soldier has shown to him during his tenure.  

The fan wrote on X while sharing the note, “Jimin and Jungkook's autograph for their military friend who discharged today. To .. It reminds me the time you asking me to remember your name when we first met. All this while, thank you for approaching me first with a smile and taking care of me. Always ... and for your +” 

“Skin if you take care of it, it'll get better in no time. Be happy ♡ To ... -ie <the name written cutely> You've worked hard~!” the tweet added.

Jimin and Jungkook joined the military on the same day 13th December 2023. They will be discharged in 2025. They both are currently appearing on a popular travel show Are You Sure?! on Disney Plus Hotstar. This show was shot before they joined the military. The first episode of the show was released on 8th August. The fifth episode will be streaming on 29th August and the the 6th episode is scheduled to be released on 6th September on the OTT platform.
