BTS is currently gearing up for the release of their 5th album on March 20 after 3 years of anticipation. In June 2025, Jungkook was released from the military and ever since, he and his team have reported multiple stalking and attempted break-in incidents. Amid the comeback frenzy, yet another trespassing attempt was recently reported at Jungkook's residence, raising concerns over the singer's safety and protection. The singer’s team has decided to take legal action after the fan disrupted his residence.
According to Allkpop, in less than a month, a third break-in attempt was reported at Jungkook’s residence in Seoul. As per a report by Yonhap News Agency, a Brazilian female fan, who is in her 30s, has been arrested for the second time for trying to break into Jungkook's home. During her first attempt, the police authorities couldn't catch her, but during her recent attempt, the Yongsan Police Station in Seoul arrested the woman under the stalking punishment act.
According to the registered report, the Brazilian woman visited Jungkook's residence which is in Yongsan-gu, on January 4, at 2:50 PM. The woman disrupted the entire residence by tossing mail around, hanging pictures on the railing, and was also seen writing letters to the idol.
A similar complaint about the same Brazilian woman was registered a while back after she attempted to enter the singer's residence last month as well. The fan attempted to break into his home on December 13 and December 28 previously. Jungkook has always been under extreme terrorization due to his massive fan following across the globe and after repeated break-in attempts and disruptions, Jungkook's management team decided to get a restraining order against the woman, as it became a matter of the idol's safety.
