BTS V has been turning heads with his impressive transformation during his military service. Fans have noticed a significant change in his physique, and recent pictures with actor Kim Min Jae have given a closer look at his well-built frame.
While serving in different military units, BTS’ V and Kim Min Jae have maintained a strong friendship. Both stars have been working on their fitness, inspiring fans with their dedication. Professional bodybuilder Ma Sun Ho, who gained fame from Physical 100, recently shared two photos on his Instagram story, showcasing their progress.
In the pictures, V and Kim Min Jae flaunt their toned physiques during a workout session. V, dressed in a black vest and grey gym shorts, exuded confidence and charm. Kim Min Jae complemented the look with his own black vest and jorts, showing off his equally impressive build.

The photos quickly went viral, sparking excitement among fans. On social media platform X (formerly Twitter), ARMYs expressed their desire to see V in an action-packed drama or film after his military discharge. Many believe his enhanced physique and intense aura would make him a perfect fit for a gripping action role.
Although Ma Sun Ho recently shared the pictures, they were taken in September 2024 during a military vacation. V and Kim Min Jae joined the bodybuilder for a workout session, earning praise for their commitment to fitness even while on leave. Ma Sun Ho previously posted a similar photo, captioning it, “Proud young men working out even during their military leave, Taehyung & Min Jae.”
Before enlisting, BTS’ V made waves with his solo projects. In November 2024, he released Winter Ahead, a heartfelt collaboration with ballad singer Park Hyo Shin. Shortly after, he surprised fans with White Christmas, a virtual duet with late jazz legend Bing Crosby. V is set to be discharged from the military in June and fans are eagerly anticipating his reunion with his BTS bandmates.
