Vijay Sethupathi’s latest release Maharaja is surely a blockbuster as it collected Rs 9 crore as per early estimations. The total collection of the movie stands at Rs 21.45 crore after 3 days of its release. 3) Mumbaikar

Santosh Sivan’s directorial Mumbaikar was based on the lives of four people who unintentionally got involved in the mistaken kidnapping of a child. The kid was the son of a powerful local Mumbai gangster. The Hindi movie starred Tanya Maniktala, Hridhu Haroon, Vikrant Massey, Vijay Sethupathi, Sachin Khedekar, Ranvir Shorey, and Sanjay Mishra in pivotal roles. Mumbaikar is streaming on JioCinema.

4) Vikram Vedha

The Tamil movie was directed by Pushkar and Gayatri. The film not only got popularity for its storyline but also received a lot of for its songs. The story showcased a policeman and his partner, who are on a mission to capture Vedha. When Vedha surrendered and told a story to Vikram it put the latter’s life into a mess. The movie featured R Madhavan, Vijay Sethupathi, Shraddha Srinath, Kathir, Varalaxmi Sarathkumar and Prem Kumar in significant roles. Bollywood also made a Hindi remake of the movie with the same title in 2022 starring Hrithik Roshan and Saif Ali Khan. The Tamil version is streaming on Prime Video and Disney Plus Hotstar.

One of the blockbuster movies of 2023, Jawan was led by Shah Rukh Khan and received a lot of love from the audience. The movie delved into the life of a man, who was driven by a personal vendetta to rectify the wrong deeds of society. It also showcased Shah Rukh Khan in double roles. The film has a powerful star cast including Nayanthara, Atlee Kumar, Vijay Sethupathi, Ashlesha Thakur, Amritha Aiyer, Priyamani, Riddhi Dogra, Sanya Malhotra, Sunil Grover, Viraj Ghelani, Sanjay Dutt and Lehar Khan in prominent roles.
