Hema Malini's Yet To Witness Dharmendra And Shabana Azmi's Kissing Scene: In response to the viral onscreen kiss between her husband Dharmendra and Shabana Azmi in the film 'Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani,' veteran actress Hema Malini has now expressed her thoughts. She revealed that she hasn't had the opportunity to watch the movie yet.

Hema told Zoom, "I am sure people have loved the film. I am so happy for Dharam ji because he loves to be in front of the camera all the time. He loves it." 

Hema also mentioned Dharmendra's fondness for nostalgia. She said, "Ghar mein bhi baithke, woh apni purani videos dekhenge aur poochenge 'Mai kaisa lag raha hoon? (He keeps checking his old videos at home and asks about them)."

For the unversed, in 'Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani,' Dharmendra and Shabana portrayed characters who were separated for a long time but reunited in the film. Their reunion scene included a kiss, which became a prominent moment in the Karan Johar movie.

Ishita Moitra, the dialogue and co-screenplay writer of the film, told Hindustan Times that the kiss had always been a part of the script, and both actors handled it with dignity. There were no issues with the scene's inclusion, as Karan Johar ensured it was done tastefully.

Commenting on  the success of the film, Dharmendra told the media, "Bahut mazaa aaya (It was a lot of fun). I am receiving messages from people and I said, "Ye to mere daaye haath ka kaam hai kuch baaye haath se karvana ho vo bhi karva lo (That's really easy for me. Let me know if you have more difficult challenges for me)."

'Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahaani' hit the screens on August 28. Directed by Karan Johar, the film featured Alia Bhatt and Ranveer Singh in the lead roles. Jaya Bachchan portrayed the character of Dharmendra's wife, Dhanlaxmi, in the movie.
