Matka Box Office Collection Day 3: Varun Tej and Meenakshi Chaudhary starrer Telugu movie has not been performing well at the ticket windows. The action drama film was released in theatres on November 14, 2024. The movie received mixed reviews from the audience and the critics. Matka has been seeing a dip since the second day. It seems the movie will face great difficulties at the box office in the coming days as there is no sign of improvement.
Matka Box Office Collection Day 3
As per Sacnilk, the movie earned Rs 0.62 crore on Day 3. The net collection of Matka stands at Rs 1.99 crore. The film had 18.56 per cent Telugu occupancy in theatres on Saturday. It had 10.70 per cent in morning shows, 18.66 per cent in the afternoon shows, 20.66 per cent in the evening shows and 24.22 per cent in night shows.
Matka Budget
If reports are to be believed, the movie was made on a budget of Rs 35 crore. It has been directed by Karuna Kumar and backed by Vijender Reddy Teegala and Rajani Talluri.
About Matka
The Telugu action drama is set against the backdrop of 1958 and 1982. The movie is based on the Matka gambling scams that made a wave in the 20th century. Matka stars Varun Tej, Meenakshi Chaudhary, Nora Fatehi, Naveen Chandra, Saloni Aswani, Kishore Kumar G, Ajay Ghosh, Mime Gopi and P Ravi Shankar in pivotal roles. The music of the film was done by GV Prakash Kumar.
