About Mission Impossible The Final Reckoning
Final Reckoning is the eighth film in the Mission: Impossible franchise and continues from where the 2023 film Mission: Impossible – Dead Reckoning left off. Ethan Hunt and his team face a potentially catastrophic battle against a rogue artificial intelligence machine known as The Entity. Director Chris McQuarrie, who has helmed several films in the franchise, co-wrote the script for this last chapter with Erik Jendresen.
Mission Impossible The Final Reckoning also stars Hayley Atwell, Ving Rhames, Simon Pegg, Vanessa Kirby, Pom Klementieff, Shea Whigham, Angela Bassett, Esai Morales, Henry Czerny, Holt McCallany, Nick Offerman, and Greg Tarzan Davis. Paramount will release the movie in theaters on May 23.
