Today marks Dharmendra’s 90th birth anniversary and his family, including Hema Malini, Esha Deol and Sunny Deol, shared some of their unseen pictures and most cherished memories with the ‘He-Man’. Dharmendra’s nephew Abhay Deol also posted a photo with him, along with a heartwarming caption. The post went viral in no time and fans couldn't help but remember him through the lens of the late actor's family.

In the post, Abhay Deol shared a nostalgic picture of himself with Dharmendra and wrote, "Must’ve been 1985 or ‘86. I had just been scolded so I was upset. He called me to him, sat me down by his side and said, “Look at the light”, and had the photographer click this pic." Abhay further wrote, "I look forward to the moment I hear him say those words to me again, when my time comes. Today was his birthday."

Hrithik Roshan showered the post with love and commented a series of hearts under the photo. An Instagram user commented, "What a lovely post for a lovely human being ..big hugs Abhay and dharam ji wherever you are in the light." Another user wrote, "My mums favourite actor. Yesterday my dad and I were speaking about him during breakfast. May he rest in peace."
