Bison Kaalamaadan Box Office Collection Day 3: Bison Kaalamaadan, the latest Tamil sports drama starring Dhruv Vikram and directed by Mari Selvaraj, is off to a strong and steady start at the box office. Produced by Sameer Nair, Deepak Seigal, Pa. Ranjith, and Aditi Anand under Applause Entertainment and Neelam Studios, the film features an impressive ensemble cast including Pasupathy, Ameer, Lal, Anupama Parameswaran, Rajisha Vijayan, and Azhagam Perumal. The story follows a young man’s inspiring journey from a violence-filled village to becoming a kabaddi champion, highlighting themes of courage, perseverance, and personal transformation.

Bison Kaalamaadan, which released on October 17, 2025,  has earned an estimated Rs 10.7 crore in India within its first three days, according to data from box office tracking site Sacnilk. The film opened with Rs 2.55 crore on Friday and saw a jump on Saturday, collecting around Rs 3.3 crore. On Sunday, collections climbed further to Rs 4.87 crore, taking the total to Rs 10.7 crore for the opening weekend. Despite tough competition from Dude and Diesel, Bison Kaalamaadan has managed to attract audiences with its emotional storytelling and powerful performances.

Meanwhile, Dhruv Vikram’s performance has been widely praised by critics and fans alike. Viewers on social media are calling Bison Kaalamaadan one of the most powerful Tamil films of the year. One fan wrote, “A new star has emerged in Kollywood! Dhruv delivers a stunning performance, and Mari Selvaraj once again proves his storytelling brilliance.” On the technical front, the film boasts cinematography by Ezhil Arasu K, editing by Sakthi Thiru, and music by Nivas K.  Prasanna. The action choreography is handled by Dhilip Subbarayan, while the production design and costumes were managed by Kumar Gangappan and Aegan Ekambaram respectively.

Bison Kaalamaadan will also reportedly have its OTT release on Netflix, expected to premiere around mid-November 2025, nearly four weeks after its theatrical release. With strong word of mouth and emotional depth, trade analysts believe the film has the potential to become one of the notable hits of the season.
