Ahaan Panday, who made his debut with Mohit Suri’s directorial Saiyaara, has been making buzz online for his performance in the film. The new actor is following the footsteps of uncle Chunky Panday and cousin Ananya in his career. As the actor is all over the internet for his charm and acting chops, uncle Chunky Panday took a slight dig at the ‘Kapoors’ and ‘Khans’ in Bollywood. Chunky’s recent post shows how proud of the Panday Kids- Ananya and Ahaan. 

In a viral Instagram post, it stated, “In a world of Kapoors and Khans, Pandays came out of syllabus.” Chunky reshared the post on Instagram story. Notably, the post featured Chunky himself, Ananya and Ahaan.

After he took to his stories, the post has been going viral on the social media platform Reddit. A user said, “I mean pandeys indeed came out of syllabus no one could've predict that Chunky pandey's daughter will have better career than SRK's daughter and Chunky pandey's nephew will have better first movie than Amitabh's grandson!” Another said, “Watched the movie yesterday and Ahaan really did good job as someone with just debuting. And indeed better job then agastya & ibrahim.” Another wrote, “Aamir khan’s son, bachhan grandson, Saif’s son etc . So many big nepos , it’s low-key funny that chikki panday son beat them all like who even cares for pandey family otherwise , they’re probably like D tier stars in the industry.” A comment read, “Actually Ahaan was v smart not to debut with Shanaya or Khushi or Suhana. He would have drowned along with them.”

Ahaan Panday’s latest release, Saiyaara, has opened at the box office earning Rs 20 crore. The film also features Aneet Padda in the lead roles. Mohit Suri has directed the movie and Akshaye Widhani has produced it. The film has been garnering all the appreciation from the audience and the critics.
