Kantara Chapter 1 Box Office Collection Day 17: Rishab Shetty and Rukmini Vasanth starrer Kannada epic mythological action movie, which released in theatres on October 2, has an exceptional box office performance. The film has broken several records and has become one of the few movies to cross the Rs 500 crore mark this year. This is the first Kannada film of the year to achieve this feat. Kantara Chapter 1, which had slowed down its pace from the past few days, has seen a spike in numbers on the third Saturday.

As per Sacnilk, the movie earned Rs 12.50 crore on Day 17. The net collection of Kantara Chapter 1 stands at Rs 506.25 crore. The film had an overall 43.13 per cent Kannada occupancy, 34.46 per cent Telugu occupancy, 11.89 per cent Hindi occupancy, 57.21 per cent Tamil occupancy and 30.44 per cent Malayalam occupancy on Saturday in theatres.

First Week Collection: Rs 337.4 crore (Kannada: Rs 106.95 crore, Telugu: Rs 63.55 crore, Hindi: Rs 108.75 crore, Tamil: Rs 31.5 crore and Malayalam: Rs 26.65 crore)

Second Week Collection: Rs 147.85 crore (Kannada: Rs 45.7 crore, Telugu: Rs 18.15 crore, Hindi: Rs 54.25 crore, Tamil: Rs 18.3 crore and Malayalam: Rs 11.45 crore.

Day 16: Rs 8.50 crore
Day 17: Rs 12.50 crore

What Is The Budget Of Kantara Chapter 1?

According to reports, the film has been made on a budget of Rs 125 crore.
