Kartik Aaryan has expanded his real estate portfolio as the actor has recently made a huge investment in a land. The heartthrob of Bollywood has made his first-ever land purchase, acquiring a 2,000 sq. ft. plot for Rs 2 crore at the luxurious Chateau de Alibaug, a flagship coastal development by The House of Abhinandan Lodha (HoABL). Several Bollywood stars, sports idols and entrepreneurs have shown their interest in HoABL’s premium projects in destinations such as Ayodhya, Vrindavan and Goa. What possibly attracted these people were the green surroundings and lavish amenities.

Kartik Aaryan has followed the footsteps of fellow co-star Kriti Sanon and veteran actor Amitabh Bachchan, as the two have also invested in Alibaug with HoABL projects. Reportedly, in 2024, actor Amitabh Bachchan purchased a 10,000 sq ft land parcel in Alibaug for Rs 10 crore. Following him, actress Kriti Sanon also purchased a 2,000 sq ft plot in Alibaug, a second home destination near Mumbai. During a recent interview with Hindustan Times, Kartik Aaryan confirmed the news of his purchase and expressed his excitement for the same.

Sonu Ke Titu Ki Sweety’s star said, “Alibaug has become one of the most exciting places to invest in today - close to Mumbai and I plan to build my own home there. This is the first time I have invested in land and with full trust in The House of Abhinandan Lodha. I’m glad to have made this investment.” Abhinandan Lodha, the chairman of The House of Abhinandan Lodha, also welcomed the actor and said, “We’re delighted to welcome Kartik to the HoABL family.” According to property registration documents accessed by proptech platform Square Yards, the actor had rented out an apartment in Mumbai for Rs 4.5 lakh per month last year.

On the work front, the chocolate boy of the tinsel town has an interesting lineup of movies. Kartik Aaryan will be next seen in Anurag Basu’s Tu Meri Main Tera Main Tera Tu Meri alongside rumoured ex-girlfriend Ananya Panday. The actor is currently busy shooting for Anurag Basu’s musical drama starring actress Sreeleela. Apart from these, Kartik Aaryan also has Naagzilla slated for August 2026 in his kitty.
