'Who Are You To Tell?': Ayesha Khan Reveals She Was Asked To ‘Fix’ Her Nose To Get More Work

Ayesha Khan, who recently appeared in Dhurandhar in the song Shararat, opened up about a time when she was told to get her nose 'fixed' if she wanted more work. After featuring in Jaat earlier this year, she is now gearing up for the release of Kis Kisko Pyaar Karoon 2, starring Kapil Sharma. Ayesha shared that she feels confident in her appearance and added that such negative remarks usually come from people who have no real influence in shaping projects.

In a conversation with Galatta India, Ayesha Khan said, "I never had a director tell me this. It was always a coordinator, or some random person, who was telling me this. One person told me, ‘You need to change your nose’ and I was like, ‘What is that comment even?’ Firstly, I love my nose and I feel I have a beautiful nose, and secondly, who are you to tell me that I need to change my nose. These are the kind of people who have nothing better to do with their lives. What else are they going to do?"

"I remember that I had gone for a casting session for a film and the director had come for it. This was a very famous director. I was very excited for the meeting and it was supposed to be a horror film. They asked me to audition then and there and I did it. He was very happy with it," she further added. Ayesha said, "Then they told me that since this is a horror film, it’s fine; otherwise, you would have to get your teeth changed. And I was there thinking, ‘Did he just say that?’ I was so happy, smiling before that."

Recently, she took to her Instagram handle and expressed gratitude towards Aditya Dhar, She wrote, "Am I a part of ‘DHURANDAR’??? Someone please pinch me!!! Watched the movie yesterday and I have no words to describe the world that @adityadharfilms has created!! 15 minutes in the Film and you forget that the ‘ACTORS’ are ‘STARS’ All you see is the world and the characters Aditya sir and team has built!! @mukeshchhabracc forever grateful, Thank you for making me a part of this!!"
