Panchayat Season 3: Following Neena Gupta's completion of the shoot for 'Panchayat 3', Prime Video revealed the much-anticipated web series' first look. The photo features the actor portraying the Panchayat Secretary riding a motorcycle with bags strapped on, hinting at a potential departure from the Phulera village. However, the show's release date is yet to be announced by the makers. Additionally, the post includes another photo showcasing characters Banrakas, Vinod, and Madhav—played by Durgesh Kumar, Ashok Pathak, and Bulloo Kumar, respectively.

They are depicted seated on a bench against a wall inscribed with the words, "Thokar lagti hai to dard hota hai, tabhi manushya seekh pata hai (Failures might hurt you, but you learn from your failures)." Sharing the poster, Prime Video, mentioned, "We know the wait is unbearable, so we got you a lil something from the sets! #PanchayatOnPrime Season 3."

In November, Neena Gupta, portraying Manju Devi, shared a video from the series' wrap-up party. The clip showcased her alongside her on-screen husband, seasoned actor Raghubir Yadav. The veteran actress captioned the post, announcing the conclusion of the filming for the 3rd season of 'Panchayat!'

She shared a celebratory video capturing a cake-cutting ceremony with the show's ensemble, including Raghubir (Brij Bhusan Dubey), Chandan Roy (Vikas), Sanvikaa (Rinki), and Faisal Malik (Prahlad Pandey). She caption for the post read, "Wrap up of the 3rd season of Panchayat!"

Panchayat Season 2

At the 54th International Film Festival of India (IFFI) in Goa, Prime Video achieved a significant milestone by securing the inaugural Best Web Series (OTT) Award for 'Panchayat Season 2'. This historic win emphasised the importance of acknowledging and fostering India's flourishing streaming industry. The award aimed to honor excellence in the OTT realm and witnessed 32 entries from 15 platforms, spanning 10 languages, vying for recognition.

The storyline revolves around an engineering graduate who, due to limited job prospects, is compelled to take on the role of a panchayat secretary in the fictional village of Phulera, Uttar Pradesh. The show's first season premiered on Prime Video in April 2020 amid the Covid lockdown, receiving considerable acclaim.
