Rakshana OTT Release:  Payal Rajput cop drama is a Telugu language crime mystery thriller. Directed by Prandeep Thakore, the movie showcases the bravery of ACP Kiran. The protagonist goes beyond rules and regulations after she realises that the system does not take her instincts seriously. She takes charge and tries to resolve complicated situations to investigate cases. The movie also stars Vinod Bala, Rajeev Kanakala, Maanas Nagulapalli and Sivannarayana in significant roles. The movie was released in theatres on 7th June this year.

Rakshana Controversy

As per several reports, the film didn’t work well at the box office. It was reported that Payal did not promote the movie and she was not paid her full remuneration. Even after a few days of the movie’s release, people didn’t know about it. However, the producers of the film were disappointed about the situation faced by Payal and complained about her to the Telugu Film Producers Council (TFPC) in Hyderabad. But it didn’t affect the actress at all and avoided the movie. 

When And Where To Watch Rakshana

The movie didn’t work well at the box office and now after almost two months, the movie is set to release on a regional streaming platform. Payal Rajput’s Rakshana was released on OTT platform Aha on 1st August. The makers shared the news on social media.Aha Video wrote on Instagram “Lady Singam is ready to roar!👮🏻‍♀️ Payal's 'Rakshana' is coming on aha!!🎬 #Rakshana premieres Aug 1st only on aha @rajputpaayal @maanasnagulapalli @rajakanakala @actor_chakrapani @sivannarayana_ @pradeepthakore.”
