Saif Ali Khan, Prabhas, and Kriti Sanon starrer 'Adipurush' is one of the most anticipated films of the year. The film has been facing tons of issues since the release of its teaser last year, where the picturization of the characters to the VFX used, netizens have raised several questions from time to time.

As Om Raut's directorial is coming closer, the makers of the film are keen to start the promotional activities of the film. However, according to a report in News18, lead actor Saif Ali Khan, who is set to play the role of Ravana, will not be attending the film's promotions.

The Pataudi Prince will have to skip the promotions of 'Adipurush' because the latter will be jetting off for his annual vacation with his wife Kareena Kapoor Khan and sons Taimur and Jeh. However, it is not completely decided yet, but the report also claims that the promotions are set to focus entirely on actor Prabhas, who will be essaying the role of Ram.

The report states, "The promotions are being planned at a lowkey level and they will center almost entirely on Prabhas who plays the central character inspired by Rama. Prabhas has given dates for promotion in May."

Talking about 'Adipurush', the film is a cinematic adaptation of the Indian epic 'Ramayana.' While actor Prabhas is set to play the role of Raghav Ram, Kriti Sanon will be playing Janaki Sita, and Saif Ali Khan will essay the role of the antagonist, portraying King Ravana in the film.

Last year, with the trailer release of the film, fans of the actors and the film were left disappointed, as they expressed the VFX of the film to be 'unreal' and 'ugly.' However, earlier this year, the film's editor Ashish Mhatre reacted to the backlash and revealed that the makers were also 'shocked' at receiving so much hate.

However, no major changes have been made, but the film is touted to be the biggest film in Prabhas's career. As the mythological drama was made on a budget of Rs 300 crore. Bankrolled by Bhushan Kumar's T-series and Retrophiles, the film is set to be released on June 16.
