Shah Rukh Khan has made his fans excited about his much-awaited film 'Jawan'. This has been proven as 'Jawan' has topped the IMDb's list of 'Most Anticipated Indian Movies of the Summer'. It is followed by Ranbir Kapoor's 'Animal' and Prabhas' 'Adipurush'.

Meanwhile, 'Gadar 2' and 'Chatrapathi' are at the fourth and fifth positions in the list. Ajay Devgn’s Maidaan takes the sixth place, followed by Sidharth Malhotra's 'Yodha', Alia Bhatt's 'Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani', 'Hanu-Man' and Naga Chaitanya's 'Custody'.

Meanwhile, 'Jawan' also Nayanthara, Vijay Sethupathi, Yogi Babu, Priyamani and Sanya Malhotra. The movie is directed by Atlee.

Talking about 'Jawan', Shah Rukh Khan said, "Jawan is a universal story that goes beyond languages, and geographies and is for all to enjoy. Credit goes to Atlee for creating this unique film, which has also been a fantastic experience for me as I love action films! The teaser is the just tip of the iceberg and gives a glimpse into what's to come".

Moreover, the makers of 'Jawan' have reportedly approached Sanjay Dutt for a role. According to a report in News18, Sanjay Dutt will soon be joining the team of 'Jawan' where the report stated, "The casting for this brief but vital role has been quite difficult for Atlee, as it required an A-list star who had never appeared on screen alongside Shah Rukh."

Meanwhile, 'Jawan' was reportedly supposed to release in June 2023. However, according to trade analyst Ramesh Bala, the release date of 'Jawan' has reportedly been postponed to October now. It has also been reported that 'Jawan' could release during Gandhi Jayanti weekend or Dussehra Weekend.

Whereas, Animal will hit the theatres on August 11, 2023. Directed by Sandeep Reddy Vanga, the movie stars Ranbir Kapoor, Rashmika Mandanna, Anil Kapoor and Bobby Deol. Animal is a gangster drama film that explores the turbulent relationships between all the characters that eventually lead to the protagonist becoming an 'animal' in nature.

Talking about working with Ranbir, Rashmika told Filmfare, “He’s extremely loving. I was, of course, nervous when I met him first, but I think he’s so easy-going that five minutes into the look test, we were already very comfortable with each other. Thinking about it, it’s amazing how easy it’s been so far with Ranbir and Sandeep.”

Taking about Adipurush, the movie stars Prabhas, Saif Ali Khan, Kriti Sanon and Sunny Singh.
