Taapsee Pannu, known for her candid views on nepotism in Bollywood, has once again shared her perspective on the challenges faced by outsiders in the industry. While Taapsee has previously spoken out against the unfair advantages that star kids often enjoy, she recently acknowledged a valuable lesson that outsiders can learn from them—unity.

In a recent interview with ANI, Taapsee emphasized that one of the key strengths of those who come from film families is their ability to stick together and support each other. "One thing that I’ve learned from them is how to stay together, stick together and support each other. This unity is something that a lot of us outsiders lack," she said.

Taapsee pointed out that outsiders often feel a sense of competition among themselves, leading to insecurities, especially when another outsider’s film does well. "We’re so used to struggling, hustling and racing ahead of each other. We respect each other and may even message when we see each other’s films, but that vibe of standing by someone, whether it’s a good or bad film, is more prevalent among industry kids," she explained.

She further elaborated on the mindset of competition that many outsiders develop due to their constant hustle. "Sometimes, deep down, we end up feeling insecure about each other. It’s more than what the industry kids experience because our mindset is framed by competition," Taapsee added. However, she believes that the sense of unity and mutual support seen among star kids is something outsiders can adopt positively.
