Trisha Krishnan is one of the highest-paid actresses in the South Film Industry, and enjoys a mass fan-following across the nation. She made her debut in Priyadarshan’s Tamil film ‘Lesa Lesa’, and her Bollywood debut opposite Akshay Kumar in ‘Khatta Meetha.’ The actress is all set for her new venture and has been roped in as the female lead opposite Ajith Kumar in ‘Vidamuyarchi.’ The duo has already marked their onscreen presence in the past and have been seen together in ‘Yennai Arindhaal’, ‘Mankatha’, ‘Ji’, and ‘Kireedam.’
This will be the fifth time, the duo will recreate the similar magic witnessed in their preceding collaborations. ‘Vidamuyarchi’ is helmed by filmmaker Magizha Thirumeni. The actress is also a part of Lokesh Kanagaraj’s upcoming venture ‘Leo.’ The film will also reunite the actress opposite Thalapathy Vijay, similar to Ajith Kumar, as Trisha has also acted in several films opposite the ‘Bigil’ actor.

The makers of ‘Vidamuyarchi’ were earlier planning to rope in Tamannaah Bhatia, however Trisha Krishnan won the spot as the female lead. The film’s musical score will be given by Anirudh Ravichander, who has curated several blockbuster soundtracks for Ajith Kumar in the past.
Currently, Anirudh Ravichander is one of the biggest names in the South Music Industry, and has given his musical touch in big releases such as ‘Jawan’ and ‘Jailer.’ On the other hand Nirav Shah has been roped in as the cinematographer for the film.
