Ugram OTT Release Date: Ugram, an action thriller featuring Allari Naresh and Mirnaa in the lead roles, marks the reunion of the successful actor-director duo from the film Naandhi. Directed by Vijay Kanakamedala, the movie hit theatres on May 5 with considerable anticipation but received a moderate response in terms of box office performance. Following its limited theatrical run, the action-packed film is now available for streaming on OTT platforms.

Amazon Prime Video has secured the streaming rights for the Allari Naresh starrer and started streaming the film on Thursday night. Produced by Sahu Garapati and Harish Peddi under Shine Screens, the movie showcases the lead actor in a thrilling action-packed role with captivating twists and turns.

Upon its release, the film garnered praise for its exceptional action choreography. With the absence of the theatrical release pressure, the question arises as to whether Ugram's content will maintain its impact on the OTT platform. The movie also features notable performances by Baby Uha Reddy, Indraja, Sharath Lohitashwa, Shatru, Srinivas Sai, Manikanta Varanasi, Nag Mahesh, and others, who portray significant roles in this intense saga. The story of Ugram is penned by Toom Venkat.

Ugram Plot:

The narrative centres around Shiva, a police officer, and his wife Aparna, along with their child, who experience a horrifying accident on a flyover. However, when Shiva regains consciousness in the hospital the following day, he discovers that his wife and daughter are missing. Despite the hospital staff's insistence that he never admitted them, Shiva firmly believes otherwise. As tensions rise and accusations are exchanged, a doctor eventually confirms Shiva's diagnosis of dementia. Now, the question arises: Was Shiva truly mistaken, or was he intentionally deceiving others all along? This forms the premise of the movie.

The film features music composed by Sri Charan Pakala, while Siddharth J serves as the cinematographer. Chota K Prasad takes on the role of the editor, and Brahma Kadali contributes as the production designer. The dialogues are written by Abburi Ravi, and Kilari Lakshmi Sree is responsible for costume design. Naresh and Vijay Kanakamedala have announced their plans to collaborate on a new film in the upcoming year, once they complete their existing commitments.
