A video has gone viral in which an autorickshaw driver from Bengaluru can be seen arguing with a woman over the booking of an autorickshaw ride. The driver, identified as Pavan Kumar, claimed in the video that the woman booked two vehicles for the same trip through different apps. He alleged that the woman booked two rides, one using Ola and the other via Rapido. However, the woman can be seen denying the allegations.
The video was filmed by the driver himself, in which he can be seen confronting the woman about the confusion and claiming that she cancelled the ride she booked on OLa. The woman admitted to having opened the Ola app for comparing rates but did not complete the booking.
A lady books two autos when both arrived and waited for a while she cancelled one auto.

“How can you book two autos simultaneously, madam? I have been waiting here for a long time and you have now cancelled and got into another auto. What are you doing with auto drivers?” said driver while confronting the woman. The woman can be seen throwing a punch and hurling abuses at the auto driver. “I did not book two autos. Why are you harassing me? I just checked prices in two different autos and booked one. If you get a call, then it is an app problem. Please leave and do not harass me,” she replied. "F*k you, f*k you. Yeh pagal aadmi hai (This man is mad)", she said when the driver persisted with the argument. She could also be seen recording the details of the auto and complaining about the incident to her father.
The video has sparked a debate among the netizens on social media. While some of the users said that the driver should not have disturbed the woman, as there was nothing illegal she did. However, some of the users pointed out that the language that the woman used was not appropriate. "These auto guys accept rides and cancel after keeping us waiting for 5-10 minutes. that's okay? Now when the same thing is being done to them they're making videos," one of the users wrote in the comment box.
