Bengaluru Viral News: A video from Bengaluru has gone viral, showing a young boy standing through the sunroof of a moving SUV and getting hit by an overhead barrier. The incident, which occurred on Saturday, has sparked concern over road safety and parental negligence.

The short clip, shared widely on X, shows a red SUV travelling on a busy stretch. A child is seen popping out of the sunroof, leaning out and enjoying the ride. Moments later, the vehicle approaches an overhead structure and the boy’s head collides with it. He is then seen quickly ducking back into the car as the vehicle continues moving.

It is not yet confirmed whether the boy was injured. The footage has triggered sharp reactions online. Many social media users criticised the adults inside the car for allowing such risky behaviour.

One user commented, “Hope the child is safe. Parents are fully responsible. Sunroofs should not be misused like this.” Another wrote, “Terrible to see parents letting children stick their heads out. It’s dangerous and should be avoided.”

Others called the video a warning for all motorists who let passengers stand through sunroofs, reminding them of the hazards involved.

Police have not yet released any official statement regarding the incident.
