DDA Nagrik Awas Yojana 2026: The Delhi Development Authority (DDA) has opened its booking under the DDA Nagrik Awas Yojana 2026 for the Low Income Group (LIG) in Siraspur and High Income Group (HIG), Middle Income Group (MIG) and the Economically Weaker Section (EWS) in Narela. Under the plan, the DDA is also offering a big discount for all buyers who are planning to book their flats under different categories. 

People can get upto 25 per cent discount on the bookings. The discount is also available for those who book their flats under Phase III of the DDA Jan Sadharan Awas Yojana, which was launched in 2025. A total of 1,712 flats will be put up for sale, with 298 under the HIG category, 459 in the MIG, 481 in the LIG and 63 in the EWS category in Narela. In Sirsapur, there are 411 LIG apartments for sale.

DDA Housing Scheme 2026: Booking Amounts

Here is the booking amount that you will have to pay for the flats:

  • HIG Flat: Rs 10 lakh

  • MIG Flat: Rs 4 lakh

  • LIG Flat: Rs 1 lakh

  • EWS Flat: Rs 50,000

Narela

  • HIG Flat: Rs 95.88 lakh-Rs 1.17 crore

  • MIG Flat: Rs 66.28 lakh-Rs 83 lakh

  • LIG Flat: Rs 15.26 lakh-Rs 15.32 lakh 

  • EWS: Rs 9.60 lakh-Rs 9.69 lakh

Siraspur

  • LIG: Rs 11.51 lakh-Rs 11.71 lakh

DDA Nagrik Awas Yojana 2026: How To Book Your Flat?

  • Step 1: Visit the DDA’s Awaas Portal at https://eservices.dda.org.in

  • Step 2: Select the scheme under the title DDA Nagrik Awaas Yojana 2026

  • Step 3: Pay the booking amount (refundable) along with a non-refundable fee of Rs 2,500.

DDA Jan Sadharan Awaas Yojana

The DDA Jan Sadharan Awaas Yojana, 2025, is the third phase of an affordable housing scheme by the Delhi Development Authority (DDA), offering Economically Weaker Section (EWS) and Janta flats on a First Come First Serve (FCFS) basis. Launched on December 29, 202,5 with booking commencing on January 27, 2026, the scheme has put up 679 flats in Narela for sale in Sectors G7/G8  and A1-A4.
