Madhya Pradesh Weather: Over the next four days, Madhya Pradesh is expected to see major weather changes as an extreme weather system moves into the state. In some areas, the India Meteorological Department (IMD) has forecast thunderstorms, hailstorms, and gusty winds, providing a little reprieve from the early April heat.
Although the IMD has warned that this cooling impact will only last temporarily, the impending storms and hailstorms will provide some respite from the summer heat. In Madhya Pradesh, summer usually begins in March and is predicted to be extremely hot for the following three months.
Severe Weather: Hail, Winds In MP Today
Over Madhya Pradesh, a powerful system of rain, hail, and winds is active, affecting the state's weather patterns. Hailstorms will occur in certain areas, while winds of 40–50 km/h may blow across others. Strong winds and thunderstorms are anticipated in Sehore, Raisen, Sagar, Narsinghpur, Narmadapuram, Seoni, Balaghat, Pandhurna, Betul, Harda, and Burhanpur on April 1, while hailstorms are predicted in Barwani, Khargone, and Khandwa.
The state will have widespread rain and thunderstorms, which will cause daytime temperatures to dip, according to the IMD's warning. Residents should expect overcast skies, intermittent showers, and hail instead of the extreme heat often associated with early April.
