A disturbing incident has surfaced in Bengaluru after a woman alleged that a Rapido delivery executive has verbally abused her and poured urine at her doorstep. Sharing her ordeal on a post on X, the user, identified as Sirisha, said that the delivery tried to open the door forcibly when she complained about the delay.
Sharing the post on X, Sirisha said, "A Rapido delivery partner came to my house, verbally abused me, banged on my gate, tried to open it and then poured URINE outside my house. He was 4+ hours late, verbally abused me throughout, repeatedly called me 'r*ndi', and tried to put his hand through the gate to open it. Thank god I was quick enough to lock the gate; otherwise, I genuinely don’t know what could’ve happened.”

Narrating the incident, the woman said that she was alone at home when the incident occurred, adding it was “terrifying and mentally disturbing".“He later sent me abusive voice notes and admitted that the liquid he poured outside my house was his urine. I was alone at home. This was terrifying and mentally disturbing," she wrote.
Rapido’s response was unsatisfactory
The victim claimed that she had been trying to reach Rapido’s customer support for the past 24 hours. However, their response remained unsatisfactory, she said.
“It’s been 24+ hours trying to reach @rapidoapp_support. Their response? ‘You’ve raised multiple tickets.’ Instead of closing conversations and avoiding the issue, take ONE ticket and actually take action," she said.

Bengaluru Police Responds
The woman had tagged the Bengaluru City Police and the police commissioner in the post. The Bengaluru Police, which immediately responded to the tweet, have gathered more information about the incident. They have launched an intensive search for the delivery boy who committed this heinous act and have promised to arrest him soon and take strict legal action.
