Vande Bharat Update: Indian Railways has updated the schedules for four Vande Bharat Express trains, following approval from the Railway Board. These modern, semi-high-speed trains, managed by the South Central Railway zone, will see changes effective from December 4, 2025, as reported by The Indian Express.
Updated Schedules for Vande Bharat Trains
1. Kacheguda-Yesvantpur Vande Bharat Express (Train No. 20703)
Launched on September 24, 2023, this train will now operate daily except Fridays, instead of its current schedule of running daily except Wednesdays. Commercial operations began on September 25, 2023.
2. Yesvantpur-Kacheguda Vande Bharat Express (Train No. 20704)
Also introduced on September 24, 2023, this train will follow the same new schedule, running daily except Fridays, shifting from its current non-operational day of Wednesday. Commercial services started on September 25, 2023.
3. Secunderabad-Visakhapatnam Vande Bharat Express (Train No. 20707)
Flagged off on March 12, 2024, this train will now run daily except Mondays, instead of its current schedule of skipping Thursdays. It began commercial operations on March 13, 2024.
4. Visakhapatnam-Secunderabad Vande Bharat Express (Train No. 20708)
Launched on March 12, 2024, this train will also operate daily except Mondays starting December 4, 2025, moving from its current non-operational day of Thursday. Commercial services started on March 13, 2024.
