1. Japanese Water Therapy
If you are health conscious, you probably want to know about this Japanese water therapy. This technique involves drinking several glasses of room-temperature water every morning when you first wake up. This helps in cleansing your body, enhances digestive functions and benefits overall health. The therapy has three steps that one must practise regularly which include drinking 4-5 glasses of room-temperature water on an empty stomach after waking up and before brushing your teeth. Then wait for about 45 minutes to eat your breakfast. Now, at each meal, eat only for 15 minutes, and wait at least 2 hours before eating or drinking anything else.

2. Kakeibo
The Japanese word Kakeibo refers to ‘household financial ledger’ and is a budgeting method that lets you be mindful of your spending and promote savings. This technique is a budgeting journal that is used to set saving and spending goals wisely.

Kaizen is a Japanese concept that emphasises ongoing development and modest adjustments that, over time, produce profound alterations. It is founded on collaboration and a will to bring about change. This idea concentrates on a variety of concepts.
