Mumbai Local Train Mega Block On November 30: The Central Railway (CR) has announced a mega block on Sunday, November 30, to carry out crucial maintenance work, including track alignment, signalling upgrades, and overhead equipment repairs across the Central, Western and Harbour lines.

Commuters on the Central, Western, Harbour and Trans Harbour lines are advised to plan their journey in advance to avoid travel disruptions.

Mumbai Local Train Jumbo Block On Central Line

- Local train services on the Central line will be disrupted on Sunday due to a megablock between CSMT and Vidyavihar on both Up and Down slow lines from 10:55 AM to 3:55 PM. Slow trains departing from CSMT between 10:48 AM and 3:45 PM will be diverted onto the Down fast line for this stretch, Lokmat Times reported.

- These diverted trains will stop at major stations, including Byculla, Parel, Dadar, Matunga, Sion, and Kurla, before rejoining the Down slow line at Vidyavihar. Meanwhile, Up slow services departing Ghatkopar between 10:19 AM and 3:52 PM will be diverted onto the Up fast line between Vidyavihar and CSMT, halting at Kurla, Sion, Matunga, Dadar, Parel, and Byculla.

Mumbai Local Train Jumbo Block On Harbour Line

- The megablock on the Harbour Line will affect local services between Panvel and CSMT from 11:05 AM to 4:05 PM, the Lokmat Times report added.

- Up Harbour Line trains from Panvel to CSMT departing Panvel between 10:33 AM and 3:40 PM will be cancelled.

- Down Harbour Line trains from CSMT to Belapur/Panvel departing CSMT between 9:45 AM and 3:12 PM will be cancelled.

Mumbai Local Train Jumbo Block On Trans Harbour Line

- On Sunday, train services between Thane and Vashi will remain operational from 11:05 AM to 4:05 PM.

- Up Trans-Harbour line trains from Panvel to Thane departing Panvel between 1:02 AM to 3:53 PM will be cancelled.

- Down Trans-Harbour line trains from Thane to Panvel, departing from Thane between 10:01 AM to 3:20 PM, will be cancelled.

- Special trains will be run on the CSMT-Vashi section, and Trans-Harbour services will continue between Thane, Vashi, and Nerul during the block period.

Mumbai Local Train Jumbo Block On Western Line

- A four-hour jumbo block will be imposed on the Up and Down Fast lines between Mumbai Central and Mahim from 12:05 AM to 4:15 AM on the night of Sunday, November 30, for track, signalling, and overhead equipment maintenance, Times Now reported.

- During this period, all fast trains will operate on the slow lines between Santacruz and Churchgate to ensure continued service.
