Cristiano Ronaldo 910th Career Goal, Portugal vs Poland: Cristiano Ronaldo rolled back years as he unleashed a memorable moment during Portugal's Nations League match against Poland on Friday.

Ronaldo scored an incredible goal through a jaw-dropping overhead kick to help Portugal beat Poland 5-0 at the Estadio Do Dragao in Porto.

After a goalless first half, Rafael Leao broke the deadlock just before the hour with a header. Ronaldo then doubled the lead from the penalty spot in the 72nd minute.

While Bruno Fernandes smashed in the third, Ronaldo set up a decisive pass for Pedro Neto to score within the inside post.

The memorable instance came when Ronaldo made the most of a dipping cross from Vitinha before beating goalkeeper Marcin Bulka with a close-range overhead kick.

While Ronaldo scored his 135th international goal, the 910th of his career, the video of his acrobatic effort has created a massive buzz on social media with the fans claiming that there's so much left in the five-time Ballon d'Or even at the age of 39 years.

The magnificent goal gave the flashbacks of his goal for Real Madrid against Juventus in the UEFA Champions League 2017-18 quarterfinal.

“The first half was very bad for what we wanted to do, we lost focus and got frustrated. But the second half was the best I’ve seen,” said Portugal coach Roberto Martinez.

“We’ve changed the mentality and increased the intensity and mutual support. We didn’t let Poland play.”

With his legendary goal-scoring tally remaining just 90 short of a whopping 1000-goal mark, Ronaldo said “I don’t even think about this 1000 career goals record, to be fair”.

“Of course, you always want to make history, but I don’t focus on that record now”.

Ronaldo has been in sublime form this season, scoring 15 clubs for club and country so far.

In the ongoing UEFA Nations League 2024-25 campaign, he has five goals in as many matches now and has taken his side into the quarterfinals of the tournament.
