iPhone 15 Pro Max Pre-Bookings: It seems the Apple iPhone 15 series has received a good response from buyers across the globe. While the company opened the pre-order window for users on September 15 and deliveries were slated to start from September 22, it appears buyers (especially the 15 Pro orders) might have to wait longer than expected.

According to media reports, due to the sharp uptick in demand, the shipments have witnessed a delay of up to two months. Users are reporting a delivery schedule of November while pre-booking the new iPhone. According to Bloomberg's Mark Gurman, this delay spans up to eight weeks in the case of the iPhone 15 Pro Max in India.

As for other countries, Gurman reports a 6-7 week delay in China, 7-8 weeks in the UK and 6-7 weeks in Canada. According to Reuters, the delay for the US spans between 6-7 weeks for the Pro Max. In Japan, these figures are 5-6 weeks. This is an indication that the new iPhones have the much-needed initial demand stimulus worldwide.

The delay affects home delivery and in-store pickup likewise. According to MySmartPrice, the vanilla and 15 Plus models are also witnessing a delay of up to two weeks in select markets. A quick pre-order trial of the iPhone 15 Pro Max from the Apple website reveals that most of the expected deliveries are in November, with October in a few cases.

We tried multiple colour and storage combinations but could not discover a delivery date in September at the time of writing. The waits are primarily from the supply side due to the new challenges with the Titanium frame, restricted iPhone 15 Pros production in China, and manufacturing of the A17 Pro chip exclusively with Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company (TSMC), the report speculates.

Meanwhile, if you plan to pre-book any of the new iPhones, you can check out these reports to know the detailed specifications and price.
