Apple is betting big on India and Noida is the next stop. The tech giant’s Apple Noida location is set to launch on December 11, expanding its retail network across the Delhi-NCR area and following the planned debut of Apple Saket in 2023. Situated at the DLF Mall of India, Sector 18, the outlet is a further indication of Apple’s increasing march into high-growth urban centres.
But this isn’t just another location on a map. As Apple’s Vice President of Stores and Retail Operations Vanessa Trigub explained in our Q&A, each store opening in India is about far more than retail—it’s about building deep connections with new communities, especially students, creators, and entrepreneurs who see technology as a creative tool, not just a product.

As Apple prepares to open its first store in Noida, the focus isn’t just on a new location but on a new community. Question 1: What excites you the most about Apple’s first store opening in Noida?
“Every time we open a store in India, I’m reminded of how special these moments are — the excitement, the connections with customers who’ve been waiting for this day. That’s what makes Apple Noida so exciting: we get to bring that experience to an entirely new community.
Noida is a vibrant and fast-growing centre in North India, and the passion we’ve seen from students, creators, entrepreneurs and storytellers here is remarkable. People are curious, ambitious, and eager to explore how technology can support their ideas — and that’s exactly the kind of energy our teams love to meet. I’m especially excited for Apple Noida to become a place where students, creators and entrepreneurs can come together, explore our products, and get the support they need to bring their ideas to life.
I’m also excited for customers to experience Today at Apple, which is such a unique part of our stores worldwide. These free, interactive sessions give people a chance to learn new skills, create something meaningful, and explore what’s possible with their devices — whether they’re capturing a great photo on iPhone or building a more powerful workflow on iPad or Mac. And no matter where someone’s journey starts, our teams are there to support them every step of the way so they leave feeling confident and inspired.”
Question 2: Apple Stores are known for being more than sales points. What unique experiences can customers expect at Apple Store Noida?
“Connection is at the heart of everything we do at Apple Retail. We love to connect with customers and help them discover Apple products and services, and in doing so, enrich their lives through technology. Apple Noida will carry that forward in its own unique way.
It’s important for us that our stores are more than stores. They’re centres for community where creatives, students and business owners can connect with our teams, get inspired and go further with Apple technology. Today at Apple is a great example of how customers of all backgrounds and interests can find a session that suits their interest and helps them go even further with Apple products.”
Question 3: You’ve been part of all four Apple Store openings in India. What about India continues to inspire you?
“What inspires me most about India is the connection we feel with customers here. I’ve been fortunate to be part of all four store openings, and each one has shown me just how much people value the chance to experience Apple in person. Customers don’t just visit our stores to shop — they come to learn, explore and discover what’s possible with our products, and the energy around that is incredible.
Across every opening, we’ve met students, creators, entrepreneurs and families who bring their own curiosity and creativity into the store. That’s what excites us. Our stores are designed to be places where people can get hands-on with iPhone, iPad or Mac, ask questions, and connect with teams who love helping them get the most out of their devices.
India has a deep enthusiasm for innovation, and that’s one of the reasons we’re so excited about our journey here. Every opening strengthens our relationship with the community, and it also reflects our long-term commitment to growing with India — bringing more experiences, more services and more ways for customers to connect with Apple in the years ahead.”

Conclusion
Apple Noida fits neatly into that broader vision. From its peacock-inspired barricade artwork to its focus on community-driven experiences like Today at Apple, the store reflects what Trigub highlighted during our conversation: Apple Stores in India are designed to be places where people come to learn, explore, and grow — not simply buy.
With Noida now on the map and another Mumbai store reportedly lined up for next year, Apple’s retail journey in India is clearly gaining momentum. And if the Q&A is any indication, Apple Noida won’t just serve customers—it’s set to become a creative hub where ideas, ambition, and technology meet.
