Apple's upcoming iPhone 15 series gained significant buzz in the tech space weeks before launch. Soon after we got the first reveal of a possible launch date, a reliable name for Apple-related tips shared the sale date on which the latest phones could be available for buying. In the 'Power On' newsletter, Mark Gurman claimed that the new handsets may go on sale on September 22 after a possible announcement on September 12 or 13.

According to the Bloomberg correspondent, the next iPhone "promises to be the biggest update" in the last three years. The upcoming phones will likely have slimmer bezels, a titanium frame, faster chips, better cameras and a USB-C socket for charging.

"When is the iPhone 15 launching? Around Sept 22 — following an event planned for either Sept 12 or Sept 13," Gurman said in a post on X. Recently, 9To5Mac, in a report, claimed the handset may launch in the third week of September this year. Gurman's claim further cements these claims.

The phones will be an upgrade to the iPhone 14 series and bring four successors. The models could include iPhone 15, iPhone 15 Plus, iPhone 15 Pro and iPhone 15 Pro Max. Besides these, the tech giant may announce the new Apple Watch series. As for software, iOS 17, watchOS 10, and macOS Sonoma may go public soon after launch.
