According to the Flipkart listing, the laptop has a 15.6-inch FHD (1920 X 1080p) anti-glare screen with 250nits brightness. It weighs 1.7kg and is 18.9mm thick. For immersive audio, it gets Dolby Audio-enabled speakers. Under the hood, the laptop gets an octa-core AMD Ryzen 7 7730U with 2.0GHz base clock speed and Turbo Boost frequency up to 4.5GHz and AMD Radeon graphics.

Lenovo ThinkBook 15 G5 runs on Windows 11 Home. As for memory, the device comes with 8GB DDR4 RAM (up to 16GB supported) and 512GB SSD (supports expansion up to 1TB).
