Apple iPhone 17 Pro Renders: We are just a few months away from the launch of Apple's next big thing, the iPhone 17 series smartphones, and the fans are getting increasingly excited as the date comes near to see what Apple has conjured for us this time. This year we have already seen a few launches by Apple, but this one is the most anticipated one.
Now if we are to believe in rumours and leaks, then Apple might be on to something this time, and we might get to see some significant design changes in the new models, and this has been a hot debate for the past few weeks.
We have had many tipsters sharing various rendered images of what the supposed iPhone 17 series devices could look like, and most of them have highlighted one specific change, which is the camera module. However, Bloomberg's Mark Gurman has dismissed all these rumours and has expressed that Apple is not going to make any major design changes. He has also clarified that iPhone 17 Pro models will not feature a dual-tone rear camera panel, and it will still hold the same look as its predecessors.
With all that said, another new render of the iPhone 17 Pro has surfaced on the internet, and this one showcases a more minimalistic view. The image shows a single toned rear panel, a rectangular expanded camera bar, and a triangular alignment of the lenses. Placement of LiDAR and LED is also changed according to the render. Even though such renders have been circulating on the internet for a while, Gurman remains sceptical of any major change from Apple.
Tipster @kanedacane posted on X (Twitter) a fresh render of the iPhone 17 Pro model. It has a silver-toned rear panel along with an updated camera bar, something similar to the iPhone 16 Pro in terms of lens placement and finish of the rear panel. This has given rise to mixed reactions from fans and critics alike, with some people preferring the older renders with a dual-tone camera.
Now we must not draw any conclusions, as it's too early to do so and nothing official has actually been confirmed. While it is exciting to see some new renders come out, nothing is for certain, and we will have to wait for the official launch to see what Apple actually has in store for us this time.
