Realme 15 Pro 5G And 15 5G India Launch: Realme is all set to launch the Realme 15 5G and Realme 15 Pro 5G in India, with the formal launch happening tomorrow, July 24, at 7 PM IST. The live stream of the event will be available on Realme's official platforms. With the launch imminent, there is already quite a lot of chatter regarding what the brand has to offer this time around, particularly when it comes to AI aspects, hardware improvements, and battery efficiency.
Performance and Battery: Designed for Power Users
The Realme 15 Pro 5G will be powered by the Snapdragon 7 Gen 4 chipset, made using a 4nm process, and Realme has claimed an AnTuTu score of more than 1.1 million. It will also have features based on AI, such as GT Boost 3.0 and Game Coach 2.0, to offer better gaming performance.

The vanilla Realme 15 5G will be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 7300+ SoC, which is aimed at efficient 5G performance. Both devices are likely to come with Realme UI based on Android 15, though software specifics will be finalised during the event.
Battery life also appears promising—a huge 7,000 mAh battery is rumoured to be coming to both devices, with 80 W fast charging. Realme estimates that the Pro model can last up to 113 hours of music playback from a single charge.
Display and Design: Emphasis on Premium Feel
Both devices are said to have 6.8-inch AMOLED screens with 140 Hz refresh rates and maximum brightness of 6,500 nits. Realme is also introducing Corning Gorilla Glass and in-display fingerprint scanners for ease of use.
Design-wise, the Realme 15 5G comes in Flowing Silver, Silk Pink, and Velvet Green, with the Pro version replacing pink with a classy Silk Purple. Worth mentioning here is that both versions are reportedly equipped with IP69 water and dust resistance—a luxury in this category.
Pricing: What The Leaks Reveal
Official prices will be revealed at launch, but leaks indicate that the Realme 15 Pro 5G could have a box price of Rs 39,999, although the retail price might end up being around Rs 35,000. The vanilla Realme 15 5G is expected to be cheaper, targeting the Rs 18,000–Rs 20,000 bracket.
Cameras: AI Gets Smarter
On the imaging side, the Realme 15 Pro 5G will be equipped with a Sony IMX896 sensor complete with OIS, 4K video capture, and a set of AI-driven photo editing features. The Realme 15 5G will have a 50 MP main camera supported by an extra AI lens.
With significant improvements all around—display, battery life, performance, and software—the Realme 15 series is proving to be one of the brand's best-rounded launches this year.
