Telegram, a popular messaging and communication platform, has announced several new features to enhance the user experience on the app. With the update, admins can post stories on channels. These Stories can include stickers and support custom music playback. Secondly, the company has also introduced the View Once setting and more enhancements.
Let's understand each one of them in detail:
Channel Stories
Users on the app can grant access to channels to post stories using boosts. The Premium tier includes one boost that can be given to a channel. These channels will "level up" as they continue to gain boosts. For every level, they can upload an additional story for the subscriber's feed. Once the feature is unlocked, admins post relevant stories using the '+' button on the Info page.

Stickers For Stories
Followers can react using stickers and admins can add stickers to stories with just one tap. The Stories will display reaction counters of the number of people who have shared their responses to this channel.
Users can add a reaction sticker using the cloud icon in the sticker panel and then opt for an emoji. Premium users will also have the option to opt from a set of custom options. While Premium subscribers can add up to five reactions, free users can only add one.
Custom Music in Stories
Users can use the audio from their gallery for stories on the platform, which enables users to create content with custom soundtracks. Users can tap on the 'Audio' panel and select the track they want to use in the section. In the case of videos, users can keep both audio based on their meet needs.
View-Once Media
The new View Once setting allows users to choose how long the media will remain in chats (view once or for 30 seconds) in a conversation. Other than these, a new login alert window, which will be displayed at the top will be added in this update.
