Hyderabad Weather Forecast: Hyderabad residents will finally get a much-needed break as the Hyderabad Meteorological Centre has issued a warning for light to moderate rainfall in several parts of the city on Monday, April 14. With temperatures continuing to climb across Telangana, the India Meteorological Department (IMD) had issued a yellow heatwave warning for two districts — Bhadradri Kothagudem and Khammam for Monday. The advisory states that heatwave conditions are very likely to prevail in isolated pockets of these regions.

Additionally, there is a possibility of light to moderate rainfall across Telangana for the next three days, according to the Hyderabad Meteorological Centre. It stated that some districts may experience rain accompanied by gusty winds. In several districts, gusty winds at speeds of 30 to 40 km/h are expected.

Expected Rainfall in North and East Hyderabad

As per forecast, heavy rainfall is expected in the northern and eastern regions of Hyderabad. Areas such as Malkajgiri, OU, Boduppal, Nagole, LB Nagar, Vanasthalipuram, and Hayathnagar are likely to experience significant rainfall in the coming hours.

Rainfall Likely In Surrounding Districts

In addition to Hyderabad city, the surrounding districts of Adilabad, Asifabad, Medak, Medchal, and Ranga Reddy are also predicted to receive rainfall. This anticipated weather change is expected to bring much-needed relief to the people who have been struggling with the intense heat in recent days.
