WWE Night Of Champions Results 2025: John Cena was able to successfully defend his WWE Championship as he received assistance from Seth Rollins and at the same time a new member made his debut at the Night of Champions on Saturday. A new King and the Queen of the Ring were declared and Solo Sikoa became US's new champion.

The WWE title match between John Cena and CM Punk was the main event as it was a high-octane rivalry that began in the last few months. This was considered as Cena's last match in Riyadh and it became a nail-biting thriller. The fans present at the venue were supporting both the fans as the match began with a brilliant offense.

There was a point when it looked like anyone could have hit the finisher first as Cena had a slight edge. He had delivered three AAs but Punk was kicked out each time and that left Cena and his fans stunned.

In one of the hard-hitting incidents, the referee was pushed and Punk involved the GTS. Seth Rollins answered his request of calling in a new referee and Paul Heyman, Bron Breeker, and Bronson Reed entered the ring and faced Punk.

Cena then came in at the right time in order to avoid a clash against Rollins as Penta and Sami Zayn handled Brekker. Towards the end of the match, it looked like Cena and Punk had received respect yet again but the WWE champion tried a cheap shot which Punk was able to face.

But Rollins entered again and threw out Punk by holding the MITB briefcase and a stomp, which Cena used as it helped him to lift the title.

The night began with the King of the Ring final as Cody Rhodes locked horns with Randy Orton. They shared a long history before entering the fight as they were teammates some time back and Orton had a slight edge over Rhodes as far as the head-to-head records are concerned.

The match began with both of them exchanging offense and then Orton had sustained a back injury. The Viper was backing him most of the time as Rhodes had continuously hit the injured area. Orton was seen reeling in pain and Rhodes took advantage of it and had used the Cody cutter and an even better version of it and the Viper had continued to put up a fight.

Orton too received some offence and bounced back with an RKO. He was on the verge of snatching the match away by using the Punt kick but he hesitated for a while and Rhodes was then able to confine him in a Figure Four.
