Amid the reports of Carbide gun horror in Madhya Pradesh, a tragic incident related to a pipe gun has surfaced in Uttar Pradesh's Agra, where a minor died after a steel piece pierced near his heart after the explosion.

According to the information, the victim has been identified as Akash Baghel (17), son of Ravindra Singh, a resident of Abhuapura in Kirawali.

He was with his three friends near the Rana Cold Store on the bypass at 9 pm on Wednesday night when his friends were bursting firecrackers and firing pipe guns.

In one such loud explosion, Akash fell on the ground, covered in blood. With a deep wound near his heart, Akash's family members, who arrived at the scene, rushed him to the nearby Tulip Hospital.

Given the seriousness of the case, he was referred to a bigger hospital. At first, he was taken to Saket Hospital and then to the Emergency of SN Medical College, where doctors declared him dead.

His family was reluctant to undergo a post-mortem examination, but the police talked them into it and conducted a post-mortem examination on Akash's body on Thursday. A piece of metal was found in his chest near his heart.

During the investigation, police also found a broken steel glass from the site. CCTV footage of the incident showed a shiny object attached to a pipe gun before the explosion.

Station House Officer Neeraj Kumar stated that preliminary investigations revealed that friends had playfully placed a steel glass on the pipe gun. The glass shattered during the explosion, and a piece pierced Akash's chest. The family submitted a written application to the police, but has not filed any charges.
