Noida Authority has moved forward with completing the long-delayed International Golf Course project in Sector-151A. The Authority has begun the process of selecting a new company to finish the remaining work worth Rs 40 crore, with in-principle approval granted by CEO Dr Lokesh M to Work Circle Ten. The tendering process has now been initiated.

The project was originally awarded to Kashyapi Infrastructure Private Limited on July 1, 2021, with a deadline of June 30, 2022. However, repeated delays led to multiple extensions, pushing the completion date to 30 June 2025.

So far, 68 per cent of the construction has been completed, while work worth Rs 38 crore remains pending. The project cost has now escalated to Rs 140 crore, including Rs 81 crore allocated for civil, interior, and landscaping works.
