Noida Traffic Advisory: Several organisations in Noida will commemorate the birth anniversary of Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar with a series of processions, public meetings and cultural events at the Rashtriya Dalit Prerna Sthal on April 14. To ensure a smooth flow of traffic during these celebrations, the Gautam Buddha Nagar Traffic Police have issued a detailed traffic advisory.

Noida Traffic Diversions

In anticipation of heavy traffic, especially on key routes, the following diversions will be implemented:

From Pari Chowk to Delhi: If traffic congestion occurs on this route, commercial and large vehicles will be redirected from Pari Chowk to enter Delhi via the Charkha Roundabout, Sector 94 and Kalindi Kunj.

Mahamaya Flyover to DND and Chilla: Should traffic build up on the way from Mahamaya Flyover, vehicles from Pari Chowk may be sent through the loop towards Sector 37 and then to the Botanical Garden bus stand.

Traffic Near Dalit Prerna Sthal Gate No. 2: If congestion arises, vehicles heading towards DND and Chilla will be diverted from Gate No. 2 (Bird Feeding Point) via Sector 18, Atta Chowk and Rajnigandha Chowk.

Film City Flyover Adjustments: For those using the loop from the GIP/Sector 18 underpass towards Dalit Prerna Sthal, traffic may be redirected via a U-turn beneath the Film City Flyover, then through Sector 18, Atta Chowk, and Rajnigandha Chowk.

Mayur Vihar/Chilla to Pari Chowk: If congestion occurs from under the DND Flyover to Film City Flyover, vehicles may be diverted via the Sector 15A/14A Flyover to the Sector 15 signal light, then towards Rajnigandha Chowk.

Noida Commuter Guidance

The Noida Traffic Police recommend that commuters consider alternate routes to avoid delays. Although April 14 is a public holiday, some private offices in Noida will remain open, which may lead to regular weekday traffic on the roads.

Commuters are encouraged to stay informed and plan their journeys accordingly to ensure a smooth travel experience during the celebrations. The Deputy Commissioner of Police (Traffic) for Noida has shared this advisory on social media to keep the public updated.
