UP Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath distributed appointment letters to 1,510 selected instructors for Government Industrial Training Institutes (ITIs) at Lok Bhavan, Lucknow, on Sunday. While the CM handed over letters to a few candidates personally, MPs and MLAs distributed appointment letters across all districts in events organised simultaneously.

Addressing the ceremony, CM Yogi Adityanath highlighted the state’s progress, saying, “We have rescued Uttar Pradesh, a state that has given many great personalities to the country, from being a Bimaru state.

A clean platform has been provided for the youth, creating a distinct identity for UP. Before 2017, the state was lagging in national development; today, it is moving ahead rapidly, becoming the country’s growth engine and the second-largest economy.”

He urged the newly appointed instructors to work diligently and honestly to contribute to the state’s development.

The appointments were made following the Uttar Pradesh Subordinate Services Selection Commission’s results, which selected 1,510 instructors for ITIs.

Vocational Education Minister Kapil Dev Aggarwal said the appointments would infuse energy and confidence into the lives of the selected candidates and reflected the state government’s commitment to transparent and merit-based employment for youth. He also noted that the appointment letter distribution ceremony was broadcast live in every district.

The event was attended by Vocational Education Minister Kapil Dev Aggarwal, Principal Secretary of Skill Development Dr Hariom, and other officials.
