Toronto Viral Video: In an incident that was all about brutal harassment and racism against a South Asian man in Canada’s Toronto, a customer single-handedly left half the internet triggered through his ugly behaviour towards a pizza delivery man. The said incident was shared by the customer himself, on his TikTok handle, which read ‘Me vs The Pizza Man’. However, the video and its intention backfired instead, as people were NOT happy with the abuse and uncalled-for rudeness that the seemingly South Asian man had to face.
The 5-minute video was a conflict that began over the pizza delivery man not carrying cash, due to which he couldn't return the difference to the customer. However, going completely off track from the original issue, the customer began to abuse and harass the pizza delivery driver.
Amid all this, the South Asian man ended up earning a whole lot of ‘respect’ from many, as people lauded his ‘patience’ for not reacting. The delivery agent instead chose to call the food outlet to find out if he could get some change or if he can simply take the food back. However, none was fine with the customer, as he continued to taunt the delivery man.
The said video went viral on social media, and left people reacting. The video was shared on social media platform X (formerly Twitter), by the handle ‘CatchUpFeed’. The post was captioned, “A scholar and future astronaut abuses a delivery driver over a $3 tip. Vile.”

The video, ever since it was shared, has been going viral on social media. Most people chastised the customer and demanded some action against him, while the rest wanted to know the entire incident and what triggered it. The post was shared two days ago and pulled 22K views from people.
Taking to the comment box, people shared their views. “Here is the vile customer who has disabled his comment section,” a user commented while sharing the abuser’s videos. “What happened before the video though,” said a second person. “You can tell he’s poor just from the way he speaks. Life is already giving him the karma he deserves,” added a third person.
“The level of patience (Sabr) this delivery man has is unbelievable. He didn't utter a single abusive word to the customer. It seems he comes from a good family background,” wrote a fourth user. “This is the only way that the person holding the phone can feel that he has some slight degree of control over his life,” commented a fifth person.
“I don’t think delivery drivers carry change these days because no one uses cash and because it’s not safe,” added another. “There should be a database of rude customers with videos and everything so that no one would serve them. Like credit history,” said another.
