Pakistan Cricket Team Does Military-Style Training: ICC Men's T20 World Cup for 2024 is right around the corner, and the participating countries, along with their cricket teams all around the world, are busy training for all the obvious reasons. However, it seems like our neighbouring nation Pakistan, has come up with a ‘different’ approach to train their ‘boys’. So much so, that the very ‘approach’ has left people confused as to what is even going on. A video of the team with prominent faces like Mohammad Rizwan, Iftikhar Ahmed, and more, indulged in a military-style training surfaced online, and instantly hit the trends on social media. Yes, take your time to make sense out of it.

In the said video, the cricketers were seen climbing up a hilly terrain, while carrying heavy rocks, meanwhile some were seen carrying an entire person as they covered a short distance at what appeared to be a military training ground. As soon as the clip went viral, netizens took the opportunity to share hilarious memes and jokes on the same.

The video was shared on social media platform X (formerly Twitter), by the handle ‘JohnyBravo183’. The post was captioned, “Cricket training. Asli maqsad. Pakistan isn't even hiding it anymore.”

The video, soon after getting shared, went viral on social media. Most people cracked jokes on the entire thing, while the rest mocked the clip.

Taking to the comment section, people shared their views. “BCCI Should cancel CT25,” a user said. “Search Holiday movie bgm,” added a second person. “Bhai Johns ye tournament waise hai kha (By the way, which tournament are they preparing for?),” added a third person. “Shame on you for spreading hate among cricket lovers,” commented a fourth person. “Great, finally everything is coming out. Kidding, maybe they are just having fun and this is kinda hilarious,” added a fifth person.

Reportedly, 29 Pakistan cricket team players are undergoing the said training session, as part of a ‘fitness camp’. The army-style training is reportedly being held at Army School for Physical Training in Abbottabad.
