Viral Video: Many instances have gone viral on the internet in which people can be seen frequently misbehaving with the police and making a scene. The act has often led to punishment and them getting brutally trolled on the internet. Now, another video has gone viral of a girl in Mangaluru who is seen misbehaving with lady police officers. However, the incident has a plot twist which left netizens shocked.

The 'drunk girl' in the viral video can be seen lying on the floor surrounded by the lady cops. The girl, who appears to be in an intoxicated state, is seen kicking the cops as they try to restrain her and get her to sit calmly in the chair. The girl not only resists the police officers but also gets engaged in a heated argument.

The video was shared by an X user called Madhuri Adnal with the caption, "On 1st #Sept, a girl was misbehaving at the Ganesh Medical Store at #Pumpwell. It was earlier reported that the #girl was under the influence of drugs and thought of taking her for a medical examination. However, no evidence. She is now at #hospital" Later activist Barkha Trehan also shared the video and said, "DISGUSTING! Another VIRAL video of an alcoholic GIRL, quarreling with the POLICE. It's difficult to deal with a spoiled brat, she's uncontrollable."

However, soon after the video went viral, it was revealed that there was a twist in the story. Apparently, when the girl was taken to the police station for the narcotics test considering she looked under the influence of drugs; it came out that the test was negative. Mangalore City Police shared a press release to clarify that the girl was not intoxicated and her narcotics test was negative.

"About the video circulating on social media under the title of drug addict in Kadri (Mangalore East) police station. Date: 01-09-2023 at around 06-50 AM at Ganesh Medical, Pampavel, Mangalore City, a young woman was behaving in an unusual and aggressive manner when the Excise Department officials tried to take her for medical check-up as she might have taken drugs. They took her in an Excise Department vehicle to undergo a medical check-up because of her aggressive behaviour and Mangalore East (Kadri) Police Station was called for more help. This time she behaved aggressively with the police officer and the staff and she was taken to the hospital in the Excise Department vehicle for medical examination by the Excise Department officials along with the necessary female staff," the press release stated.

It further informed that the other tests during the girl's medical checkup also came out to be negative. It added, "She was later released into the custody of her parents and is currently being treated at the hospital for aggressive behavior. Investigation is on as the young lady behaved aggressively and provocatively with the Excise Department officials."
